This is a ring that was up for adoption, so I adopted it and managed it for about a day before I was able to make contact with one of the original ring members. I then transferred ring ownership to that member. OBSSE - The Order of the Blessed Saint Scully the Enigmatic. "Saint Scully" is the X-Files character Dana Scully.
